1/2-cup table salt
1/2-cup dehydrated celery leaves
1/4-cup celery seed
Combine [ingredients, as listed] in a blender, on high-speed, until powdered. Makes 1 ¼ cups. Keeps for ages [in a sealed container] at room temperature.
