PERFECT DEVILED EGGS

INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled
½ cup mayonnaise
1 rounded tablespoon horseradish cream
3 TB sweet pickle relish
2 TB sour cream
[Paprika (for garnishing)]
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice eggs, each in half lengthwise [remove yolks] and place [egg halves] cavity sides up on platter. Put yolks into small mixing bowl and beat in other ingredients [as listed]. Divide [mixture] between the cavities of the egg whites and dust in a bit of paprika. Makes 24 [deviled egg] halves.
