APPLE BUTTER, WITHOUT SUGAR

INGREDIENTS:
One recipe of Sugar-Free Applesauce (see website’s “Recipes” tab)
4 TB butter (or margarine)
1.1-oz box sugar-free lemon (or use orange or fruit flavored) Jell-O powder
1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
To one recipe of Sugar-Free Applesauce (see website’s “Recipes” tab), after removing applesauce from heat, stir in butter (or margarine), sugar-free Jell-O powder, and more cinnamon. With a wire whisk, whip the mixture until smooth or put it through your blender on high speed, about 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate to use within 3 weeks. Makes about 3 cups.
