INGREDIENTS:
1-lb bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
…Placing a whole pound of bacon – without separating the slices – in a Pam-sprayed 9”x12” baking pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes and then drain off all the drippings. Separate the slices into a single layer and return to bake for another 20 minutes or until almost crispy. Drain and refrigerate bacon on paper-napkin-lined paper plates, sealed in plastic food bags.
[NOTE: TO USE… (As a sandwich filling)… Serve on toasted bread with a bit of mayonnaise and a slice of cheese.]
