PECAN SANDIES

INGREDIENTS:
18-oz box white cake mix
2 small boxes butterscotch instant pudding powder
1 cup Bisquick
1 2/3 cups real mayonnaise
8-oz pkg chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat each, as listed, into a smooth dough. Drop scant teaspoons of dough 2” apart, on a Pam-sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350°F, 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet a few minutes then on waxed paper. Makes about 100 [small] cookies.
