BACON CHIP DIP

INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon hickory salt
½ pound bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
3 green onions, scissor-snipped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, combine sour cream and cream cheese. Beat in salt. Remove beaters and stir in bacon and onions. Keep refrigerated in a covered container for 24 hours before serving. Makes about 3 ½ cups.
