PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup peanut butter

½ cup soft butter or margarine

½ cup light corn syrup

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

4 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar

¾ cup chopped peanuts or other nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix [first 5 ingredients as listed] well. Gradually stir in confectioners’ sugar. Knead until smooth. Gradually add nuts. Pack into an 8”x8”x2” pan. When firm, cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
