Hilton Hotel 3-Cheese Nut Roll

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar
3-oz pkg. cream cheese
½ tsp Worcestershire
½ cup chopped walnuts
[Mixed dried fruits for garnishment]
INSTRUCTIONS:
Have cheeses all at room temperature and add Worcestershire to these with [hand] mixer on medium speed, until creamy. Put on wax paper and form into roll [or “log”], about 7 inches long. Roll in the nuts. Wrap tightly in wax paper, twisting ends to seal well.
Refrigerate until firm enough to slice and serve on assorted crackers, with mixed dried fruits to garnish plate. [Makes about] 8 appetizer servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
