CHILLY PUTTY
By Gloria Pitzer, as seen in her self-published newsletter… Gloria Pitzer’s Secret Recipes Newsletter (Secret RecipesTM, St. Clair, MI; Nov.-Dec. 1990, p. 4).
From Art Lewis and Sue Smith, my every Tuesday at 10 am (EST) radio visit. Sue’s daycare child is now making this craft dough that smacks of “Silly Putty” features. However, you must store un-used dough in plastic bag, tightly sealed, and keep it refrigerated, when not being used.
[NOTE: As always, I’m asking only for proper credit if you care to re-share this.]
INGREDIENTS/ITEM NEEDS:
Equal parts cornstarch and Elmer’s Glue-All (or a similar white, household glue)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine [cornstarch and glue] until you have a smooth dough that can be molded in your hands into various shapes without being sticky to the touch. [Note: You can also use cookie cutters, candy molds, and sand “forms” to create various shapes.]
