SARDINE SPREAD

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (3¾-oz) boneless, skinless sardines; drained
3 TB 99% fat-free cottage cheese [small curd]
1 TB finely chopped & peeled sweet red onion
1 TB skim milk
1 TB lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a fork, mix all ingredients in a small bowl until sardines are in small pieces and mixture is well blended. Makes about 1/3 cup.
