FRUIT FONDUE
By Gloria Pitzer, as seen in… Gloria Pitzer’s Secret Recipes Report (Secret RecipesTM, St. Clair, MI; May 1981, p. 9).
INGREDIENTS:
4-oz Kahlua
12-oz semi-sweet [chocolate] chips
8-oz hot, black coffee
Fresh, peeled pineapple pieces [and/or] whole strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Over simmering water [in a double boiler pot], heat [and stir ingredients, together, as listed]. Spear [fruit] and dip in the hot syrup. [Makes about 3 cups fondue.]
