QUICHE LORRAINE

INGREDIENTS:
1 unbaked pie shell, in a 9-inch pie plate
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup chopped onion
3 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
1½ cups light cream
Paprika [to taste]
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread cheese and onion in pie shell. Combine next 5 ingredients and turn into pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika [to taste]. Bake [in preheated 375°F oven] 35 to 45 minutes or until a [thin] knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
