LEMON CREAM MOUSSE PIE

INGREDIENTS:
4-oz box lemon flavored, instant, pudding powder
1 2/3 cups milk
8-oz pkg cream cheese
¼ tsp lemon extract
Pinch of cinnamon
9-inch crumb crust
7-oz tub Cool Whip
1 cup well-crushed, lemon flavored, hard candy
Pinch more of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine… pudding powder and milk, beating 3 minutes. Beat in, a little at a time… cream cheese… [Then add] lemon extract and pinch of cinnamon. Pour into a store-bought, 9-inch, crumb crust… Chill until firm. Cover it entirely with Cool Whip and crushed candy, adding a touch of cinnamon, to taste. Freeze pie until firm. Cut into neat slices, serving 6-8.
