BEEF FEEDER TENDER BEEF ROAST (like Sign of the Beefcarver’s)

INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds boneless beef shoulder pot roast
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place… roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan. Roast in 275°F oven about 3 ½ hours or until meat thermometer registers 155-160°F for medium doneness. Remove, to carving board, and let stand 15-20 minutes. Slice across grain, in thin slices. Serve in pan juice or gravy – or on rolls. Makes 6 servings, with leftovers.
