PEACH COBBLER

INGREDIENTS:
1¼ cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup [white] sugar
½ cup sour milk
1-lb can sliced Cling peaches (drain & reserve juice)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup loosely packed brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine biscuit mix, [white] sugar, and sour milk to [form] a smooth dough. Pat evenly over bottom of a greased, 8-inch round baking dish. Drain syrup from… peaches into saucepan. Arrange peach slices over top of dough, in baking dish.
Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon and [brown] sugar. Bring peach syrup to a boil [and] drizzle over sugar layer but DO NOT stir. Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes to an hour. Serve it warm. Serves 4 to 6.
