Kids’ Summer Break Recipes – Quick Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick margarine, plus a little extra

1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup cocoa

[Dash] of salt

1/3 cup regular milk

1 cup peanut butter

1-lb box 10x powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a sauce pan, on medium heat, melt stick of margarine with sugar, cocoa, salt, and milk. Stir until all hot and smooth. Cook on low for about 7 [more] minutes. Add peanut butter [stirring until smooth and gradually] beat in powdered sugar.

Pour into buttered, 8-inch [square] pan. Chill about an hour and cut into chunks.
