BEEF BRISKET

INGREDIENTS:
3 to 3½-lb beef brisket
½ cup Lambrusco wine
1.5-oz envelope onion soup mix
12-oz bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine it all in a Pam-sprayed 9x12x2-inch baking pan or deep baking dish. Seal in foil. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes – and then immediately reduce oven heat to 275°F. Allow to bake for 4 hours. During last 30 minutes of baking, you may discard the foil and baste the beef in the pan juices every 10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
