STUCKEY’S PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 TB melted butter or margarine
1 cup pecan meats
1 unbaked, 9-inch pie shell
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix ingredients [as listed and] pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven (400°F) 35 to 40 minutes, until [sharp] knife inserted in center comes out clean.
