HERMAN SOURDOUGH RAISIN BREAD (BISCUITS)

INGREDIENTS:

1 recipe Sourdough Biscuits

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup raisins

3 TB sugar

Cinnamon-Sugar Mix, (1 tsp cinnamon to 3 TB sugar)

1 recipe Thin Vanilla Glaze/Icing

INSTRUCTIONS:

When you begin kneading the biscuit dough from the Sourdough Biscuits recipe… using the back of the floured spoon, work in the [cinnamon, raisins, and sugar]. Continue kneading Herman biscuit dough between the palms of your hands, as directed in [that] recipe.

Grease a 1-quart baking dish and break [dough] up into 12 small balls. Dust each ball in [the Cinnamon-Sugar Mix]. Drop the balls into the prepared baking dish and bake at 425°F about 20 to 23 minutes or until golden [brown]. As soon as it is out of the oven, drizzle the top with [Thin Vanilla Glaze/Icing].
