MOCK PEACH MELBA

INGREDIENTS:
1½-lb can Cling Peach halves
21-oz can cherry pie filling
8-oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
Dusting of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove peach halves from canned syrup, placing 2 per [dessert] dish and spooning cherry pie filling into center of each peach half. (If you have leftover filling, freeze it to use again within 6 months.) Smother the top of each serving with Cool Whip and dust lightly [with] cinnamon. Serves 4.
