VANILLA ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup (7½-oz can) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup water
1½-tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix [first 3 ingredients]. Chill. Whip cream to custard-like consistency. Fold into chilled mixture. Freeze [in tray]… until half frozen. Scrape from freezing tray. Beat until smooth but not melted. [Re-freeze fully.] Makes 6 servings.
