BOSTON MARKET STYLE SPINACH SIDEDISH

INGREDIENTS:
10-oz can cream of celery soup
1 TB flour
4 TB butter
½ tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 pkgs. (10-oz each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked until tender, and well drained
1 TB dry chopped onion (or 1 small onion, diced)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In saucepan on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk [everything, as listed (above).] Serves 4.
