OATMEAL MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cold, cooked oatmeal
2½ cups biscuit mix
2 TB oil
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
¼ cup honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
[Combine, as listed.] Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until they’re nicely golden brown. [Yields] 12-15 muffins.
